Welcome to Brandfluence. We respect your privacy and enforce strict data boundaries between our Brands, Influencers, and third-party integrations.
1. Information We Collect
- Account Basics: Emails, passwords (hashed), company names, and influencer handles automatically collected upon JWT Registration.
- Financial Inputs: We do NOT store your credit card numbers or bank accounts on our servers. All financial data is vaulted inherently within Stripe.
- Social Analytics: Through OAuth APIs (Google, YouTube, Meta, TikTok), we securely pull your live engagement metrics, follower sizes, and posted content links.
2. How We Use Your Information
Brandfluence uses this data strictly to facilitate the campaign ecosystem:
- Displaying Influencer metrics (Views, Rates) to Brands for hiring logic.
- Executing programmatic backend Cron Jobs that calculate 7-day clearing periods and campaign expirations.
- Notifying you of campaign status changes, payout clearances, or content approvals.
3. Information Sharing (Third-Parties)
We do not sell your data. We strictly share necessary payload data with:
- Stripe: Your Email, Name, and Brand/Influencer IDs are synced with Stripe to automatically generate Stripe Customers and Stripe Connect Accounts to enforce our Master Ledger payouts and 10% platform fees.
- Brands and Influencers: Mutual interaction data (Campaign Deliverables, Budgets, and Content links) is inherently shared between the Brand and Influencer once an application is approved.
4. Data Security
All passwords are encrypted, JWT tokens are tightly scoped, and transactional logic ensures double-entry idempotency to prevent fund duplication. We strictly defer all PCI compliance logic and secure payout handling completely to Stripe's encrypted pipelines.
